Our interim manager is called in for organizations that temporarily lack off internal resources at management or expert level, in the context of a well-defined temporary assignment, he assumes these operational management tasks

He has the advantage off less connected to the history of a department or company, this makes he more objective in making decisions and  as a result of which he sees the improvement and optimization options that insiders do not notice
